The research projects that appear on this page are just a couple of examples of my research, writing, and editing skills. During the creation process, I analyzed and annotated a variety of scholarly sources, participated in multiple peer review and revision sessions, and created my own graphics on Canva.

During the fall of my senior year at Elon, I researched the impact of Instapoets as fourth-wave feminists and compared poetry published via social media with traditionally-published poetry.

Fall 2021 Multimedia Research Project

During the fall of my junior year at Elon, I researched how ideologies and social change influence challenged and banned books in the United States. Specifically, I noticed a staggering increase in the presence of books with LGBTQ+ representation on the top ten most challenged books list in the past decade.
